Custom Product Orders
All WeddingScarf products are custom printed specifically for each order. Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming all design details before approving production.
Once a design proof has been approved and production begins, changes to the order may no longer be possible.
Design Approval
Before production, customers will receive a digital proof of their design for review.
It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all details including:
• spelling of names
• wedding dates
• colors
• layout and design elements
By approving the proof, the customer confirms that the design is correct and ready for production.
WeddingScarf is not responsible for errors that were approved during the proofing process.
Intellectual Property and Artwork
Customers who upload artwork, logos, or wedding monograms confirm that they have the right to use and reproduce that material.
WeddingScarf is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations resulting from artwork provided by customers.
By submitting artwork, customers grant WeddingScarf permission to use the design solely for the purpose of producing the order.
Order Accuracy
Because all products are custom printed, orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
Customers should verify all information, including shipping address and design details, before completing checkout.
Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on the website are in U.S. dollars. WeddingScarf reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without notice.
Payment must be completed at the time of checkout before production begins.
Limitation of Liability
WeddingScarf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product ordered.
Shipping and Delivery
Production and shipping timelines are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times may vary based on carrier conditions and location.
WeddingScarf is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
