Because each WeddingScarf order is custom printed specifically for your event, we take extra steps to ensure you are happy with the final design before production begins.
Before your order is printed, we provide a digital proof of your design for approval. This allows you to review the names, date, colors, and layout to make sure everything looks exactly how you want it before we produce your scarves.
Once production begins, each scarf is printed exclusively for your order. For this reason, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded unless the items arrive damaged or defective.
If your order arrives with a manufacturing issue or printing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@weddingscarf.com, and our team will work with you to resolve the issue.
Our goal is to ensure every couple receives scarves they are proud to share with their guests. If there are any concerns with your order, we will always do our best to make it right.
