Because every order is custom made to your approved proof, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. However your satisfaction is our priority and we will always work with you to resolve any issues.
If your scarves contain an error that differs from your approved proof, we will reprint your order at no cost. This is why we take the proof approval process so seriously — it protects both of us.
